One-Click Microsoft Office 2010, 2013 and 2016 Activation
Tip: I had to upgrade my OS X because you can't install Office for Mac with any version of OS X below 10.10. To see my tutorial on how to upgrade your OS X go here. I also had some internet interruptions on my initial download to my downloads folder and had a hard time opening the package because it did not download the full 2.6GB.
- Leave it an hour for the back end databases to catch up a bit, ideally remove it from your computer during this time. Add your user account back into the admin portal, reboot your computer, go to Office online, sign in with the account just created and download Office again. That should reset everything.
- Thank you JoshT76.This solution worked for me, its because my notebook has bundling trial office home and business was installed. And then i install office 2016 pro plus and activated it, after that i got windows update regarding my office 2016. After updated my office, i got notification prompt that my office license being not activate.
- These instructions may help with troubleshooting activation by removing all Office license files from your Mac. For example, if you previously installed a one-time purchase of Office for Mac and have switched to Microsoft 365, you may not be seeing subscription features because your copy of Office is still using your old license.
- The steps below show how to reset the trial period for Office 2016. It is a similar process for Office 2013 and Office 365. Close any Office programs (Word, Excel etc) Open “Computer” and browse to; C: Program Files (x86) Microsoft Office Office16; Right-click on OSPPREARM.EXE and choose ‘Run as administrator’.
